Built in the 1930s, this Great Neck home carries a quiet history and this bathroom renovation was designed to honor that legacy while reflecting the personality of its owners. The homeowner, who finds peace by the ocean and grounding on hiking trails, wanted a space that felt modern yet timeless, refined yet deeply personal.
Jeff translated those passions into material form. Within the shower, a softly contoured wave tile pattern subtly echoes the movement of sand and shoreline tides, bringing a sense of calm and coastal familiarity. Inside the recessed niche, natural pebble tile recalls the texture of a hiking path underfoot, a quiet nod to the outdoors woven into daily ritual.
